-> As far as I can tell right now, no, there is no swimming.
-> I didn't really encounter any bugs until about 30-40hrs in, and then, those were minor and only needed a restart. I did have one big bug but the Devs seem to be actively working on fixing bugs and issues brought to their attention, and they have a very active support team that helped me, along with the subreddit.
-> If by timeline you mean an order of how to do them, some of them yes, some of them are up to you. If you mean have a countdown/time limit, not any as far as I could tell.
-> Playing day 53 and its still on spring, so I dont think there are any seasons/seasonal changes. I keep holding out hope since there is a tag on the Day Clock that says "Spring" (indicating it'll say summer/autumn/winter as time progresses) but it may not be implimented yet.
Overall, think its worth the purchase esp if on sale. I still have a LOT to do despite being in this long and am still having a lot of fun. If you want a perfect game without flaws, though, I would come back to it in a few months to see if some more fixes + patches are pushed.
