I know many, and employ many of the "work-arounds", increasing employees to (tier 1 - grumble) max, good executives, and stockpiling the tanks between contracts, and working on my "main" model to fill as many roles as possible... but the reality is I went from spending time designing cool tanks, and searching out contracts, and getting the best price... and now ALL my time is spent dealing with "1 line" problems.
I haven't found a way yet... but as I indicated, I'm losing the desire to play, as the game devolves into less "play" and more "problem-mitigation".
You have to remember that some of the later technologies that you unlock wouldn't have been available until the 20s. So no point having a game that you can rush through in just a few years
I don't want the modern tank early... I just need the game to stop forcing me to stick with 1 production line... where there is little technology at fault for limiting me from building a CRUCIAL 2nd line.
The game was about a lot of fun things... now it's about making 1 line work, when it does not!
Hi Lord von Games
We hear you :) Thx for taking time and sharing!
So maybe, make it possible and detached from the tech tier, but make it relatively expensive instead? So people can upgrade, but it will cost them quite a bit or something like this. That would also make money more meaningful towards the late game, since at one point money is really not an issue anymore (except maybe the new hardest difficulty).
Howabout reputation? Concept is that it's limited by some government regulation on expansion. Have enough reputation (and money) and then you can expand prod lines...
Yeah rather than waiting for a tank that performs on the battle field, since you basically also have no time for that, you spit any tank they would buy. Eventhough a tank can have a bad reputation, as long as you reach the requirements its "good".
Also theres a gap with the english tanks, unless i buy the german tank i have low sales around 2019-1921.
Selling the landship also doesnt really make sense, since it takes way too long to build, hence one line.
Thanks for the acknowledgment. I look forward to the solution.
