On day 1 build admin counsel and bank department, these will reduce bank feels by 6%, next go to the materials sections and find a country with the highest level of all materials and buy ALL materials from that country, you don't even need a designed tank yet but you will need the materials to build as many tanks as you can.
After the first two buildings are complete build a fire station and a maintenance office then then move on to sub assembly and ergonomics at the factory
Design your first tank, as soon as it is designed, correct defects and start building as many as you can, also check the countries map regularly because you can often initiate a British contract weeks before the send you a contract.
First item to research on day 1 is RHA Armour, that way all available components other than the first hull and sponson will automatically be RHA, once RHA is researched engineer RHA Hull & RHA Sponson.
To win a tank contract you only need to beat what your competitor has submit bi 1 Point! Save the game just before bidding on a contract, pay to see the competitors score. Then load the game you just saved and beat the score by as close to it as you can but just higher than it.
Always try to build the maximum amount of tanks per contract at the highest price with the lowest amount of days per contract, just make sure you allow enough days to ship the tank at the cheapest cost (15 days at the beginning and add 5 days for the customer to think about the bid you made).
Don't buy another countries tank design unless it's a captured tank (far cheaper to reverse engineer this way) Upgrade your 105 HP engine by swapping out some parts for foreign ones when they become available
Odin Hulls make good Heavy Fullisade tanks and are cheaper and faster to build than your British Hulls are.
SAVE, SAVE, SAVE Often, and design and engineer new designs/parts often because this will improve your score for moving closer to the next tier.
