Rival tanks

I had a message pop up letting me the was a new design for a rival tank. there was no arrow on the message to take me to the espionage center, so i went there and there was nothing all 0. A few days later i get another message say new design for a rival tank but this one had the arrow and took me to the espionage center and it show up but the previous one was still not there. Has anyone else come across this? Is this supposed to happen?

Was this a rival tank from a foreign company or was this a rival tank from a British company?

foreign company. its only foreign company's that i can steal plans for. it pop up way later in game and i have had it happen a few more times playing today. i have notice that the game is lagging a little maybe it has something to do with it maybe not.

I think we should be able to steal designs for our rival British tanks too, industrial espionage isn't just foreign espionage you want to know what all of your competitors are doing not just the foreign ones

Could you send the save file and make a screenshot (C:\Users\ user \AppData\LocalLow\FunGI\Arms Trade Tycoon Tanks\Saves . if you don't see AppData, press Home + R together, then in the window that opens, looking for AppData)?
