Rattlers and in general some much needed player-feedback

We have a compass, but it only shows direction of enemies. This last run, I lost during a rattler pack because I couldn't tell what was happening. I never ONCE even saw a snake, all I saw was my health going down randomly with no indication of direction of attack or if it was DoT or what.

When you get hit, it'd be nice to get a directional indicator so you know what's happening. Currently it feels like I'm just being slapped around for no reason other than "♥♥♥♥ you lol"

I made a Rattler topic to, good to know I ain't alone. Rattlers are just annoyingly broken right now.

Directional damage indicators are already in the game. You were most likely poisoned and taking damage over time. If you swap to the other outlaw in your bunch, poison damage will freeze, and it will clear after you finish the showdown.
