Lost Serial Key

Been trying to contact Redlynx to get a new serial key for the last few weeks, no contact back from them.
Didnt want to re-perchase game but might have too, so came to steam only to find you cant buy it.
how stupid since redlynx T2 SE website says you can perchase from steam.
Plus cant get hold of Ubisoft who owns Redlynx to get a new serial.
