Need help with Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection?

If you experience problems with Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection, here are a few easy items to look out for:

Start with this list of troubleshooting tips:
  • Double check minimum spec
  • Ensure CPU generation is 4th Generation or above
  • Don’t overrun VRAM
  • Ensure initial cache is complete
  • Run a Steam file verification check
  • For best results use a solid-state drive
  • For best results ensure no other audio programs are running in parallel

If you are playing on a PC with a CPU that has 6 cores or less you will receive a building shader installation progress pop-up message. For an optimal experience, please wait until this process is complete before you begin playing.

Posting an issue in the discussion forum or submitting a support ticket request on Naughty Dog’s website helps us track issues, but only if all necessary information is provided. Please be sure to include as much of the following information as possible:

Ensure PC drivers are up to date:

You may need to update your PC’s drivers. If so, please start here:

NVIDIA Graphics Drivers:

Please ensure the game is up to date:

Some issues you may be experiencing might have already been resolved in updates to the game. To guarantee your game is up to date, please make sure you are not launching the game while offline Staying online ensures your local installation is up to date with the latest game patches.


Verify your game files:

Files can be become corrupt or not download properly during the installation process. To ensure accuracy, please utilize the verify game files feature:
  1. Select the gear icon on the Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection library page
  2. Scroll down and select Properties
  3. On the left side of the Properties window, scroll down and select Local Files
  4. Select Verify the integrity of the game

Confirm Controller Device Status:

Some controllers are recognized as audio devices by Windows OS. Follow the steps below to make sure your audio output device is correct:
  1. Launch the Windows Settings application
  2. Enter the System menu
  3. Select Sound from the sub-menus

Where is save data for Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection located?

Follow the file path below to access your save data: C:\Users\[YOUR USER]\Saved Games\Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection.

NOTE: If you permanently delete your save data file your progress will be lost. Any tampering with the save data file may result in lost progression or other issues.


How to collect a DXDiag for troubleshooting?

What is DXDiag?

DirectX Diagnostics Tool or DXDiag is a tool for collecting relevant hardware data to assist in the troubleshooting process.

How to collect your DXDiag?

In order to collect your DXDiag output as a text file for use with troubleshooting, follow these steps:
  1. Open Command Prompt from the Start Menu
  2. In the Command Prompt window, type dxdiag and press enter
  3. This will open the DirectX Diagnostic tool in a new window
  4. Allow the bar in the bottom left to fill completely as it is gathering relevant data for your computer
  5. Select Save All Information to generate a text file that you can save to a desired location

I requested the refund, but I am sorry because forced due that the game presents several problems.

The game features artifacts during the introduction with boats and crashes to when Nathan remembers when he was young.

Motherboard : Evga Z690 Dark Kingping (bios 1.15)

Ram : G.Skill DDR5 32Gb 6400 xmp

Can't set resolution to my native monitor resolution, display resolution max showing 2928 x 1296, why?

Mobo: asrock a320m hdv
Gpu :powercolor rx 570 red devil driver 22.10.01 latest driver
Ram: 16gb 2400mhz
Cpu: ryzen 5 1600
Monitor : xiaomi ultrawide 144hz 3440 x 1440

Please fix the issues because I want to to purchase again this game. My suggestion is to ask to Nvidia a new optimized profile on their Game Ready because my pc respects your system requirements.

and in train Mission, Enviroinment lost depth of shadows? I mean on the last mission, it’s as if they forgot to draw shadows, everything looks as if they forgot about porting to PC here.

Have the issues that people are having with the mouse been addressed? Here's what I have noticed so far. Other people are reporting this as well.

-For me it feels like Mouse Acceleration (which needs an On/Off option in the menu) is on, which makes for a horrible experience trying to aim.
-It seems like aim sensitivity is also tied to FPS as well. I'm running this at 120FPS maxed out so this is also a horrible issue for me.

Will wait for updates :)

I'm having trouble in Both Uncharted 4 games, For what ever reason in neither game i get the thing to pop up with how to do stuff, in Lost Legacy i wouldn't get the guide to pop up to open locks, that i could fix just by swapping to a controller,
but in a thief's end i won't get the guide on how to Pickpocket

Another problem, Is if i'd use a scope on a gun the circle that's around the zoomed bit, that stays until i restart
so i was just wondering if you'd know how to fix it..
fix the mouse ! Before the patch is was good, roll it back or ill refund

Hello I am playing this great game on my laptop I don't have so good system requirements , but they should be enough to play on low or medium at 60 frames .
I am terribly jumping frames from 60 to 15,20 ,25 every 5 seconds and I do not know what to do . I have updated drivers , I have checked the integrity of the game files , I have disabled antivirus . And I play on the settings that the graphics card has set . I am currently playing on a laptop : nvidia geforce gtx 1050ti card , proceros intel core i7 7700 , 32 gb ram . Are the system requirements given by the manufacturer true? Is there any chance that something can be advised ?

Crashes every time I attempt to play. Thieves End plays fine and runs fine. Lost legacy crashes every time I attempt to open.
