Report a translation problem
On PC (SSD) I've had occasional freezing issues due to loading messages, but the only aggravating one was indeed during the jeep chase (after the forementioned market shootout) where at some point I had to wait for a whole minute for the game to "catch up". Not sure if the problem is the streaming or the shader cache. The game could very well be compiling shaders in other places than the title screen.
I've already had the game crash 3/4 times for no apparent reason, so I thought it might have something to do with it, though I see it happens independently.
