CPU Minimum Requirement: Intel i5-4330, AMD Ryzen 3 1200
why even buy the game only to refund it? no AVX2 support build in you'r CPU.
No, the game requires the advanced vector extension instruction set and your CPU isn't fully compatible.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advanced_Vector_Extensions
The Wikipedia link simply explains what advanced vector extension is. This game needs AVX2, your CPU doesn't have it therefore not possible to run this game.
your CPU is a 10-year-old one
You are asking your PlayStation 4 to play PlayStation 5's game
Even if the AVX support wasn't an issue, your PC isn't going to run this game very well, if at all. You say your "config far exceeds the game" but in fact your CPU *barely* meets the minimum requirements, and your GPU doesn't meet the minimum requirement at all
i5-4330
GTX 960
Your i7-3770 is about 5% faster than an i5-4330. Your GTX 1050 Ti is about 10% *slower* than a GTX 960. Just because the numbers are bigger on a CPU/GPU doesn't necessarily mean they are better.
So, even if you didn't have to worry about AVX support, you would probably only be able to run this game at the lowest possible settings and a maximum of 30fps, if at all. It's time for an upgrade, my friend.
and yet these are games that go well beyond the config of uncharted legacy of thieves collection, why is uncharted the only game that has a problem, when this game dates back a long time?
I don't know what your past experiences with other games are, or how you define "works well", but I can't imagine you're playing any of those games on anything but low settings and/or low resolutions, because your hardware is just... really old.
