True, Uncharted 3 didn't fully commit to it's serious themes that Uncharted 4 did. Also, if Talbot had an actual explanation for the down right horse ♥♥♥♥ David Blaine ♥♥♥♥, the game might have been amazing like 2. multiplayer was really fun though too.
Agreed. The multiplayer element was surprisingly strong. Particularly, at a time when there weren't many amazing online third person shooters beyond Gears of War (one could make an argument for Max Payne 3 a year later). The serious themes definitely fell apart near the end of the game. This is where I had issues with the pacing. The last act is filled to the brim with amazing set pieces, and interesting locations. Yet, it failed to capitalize on any emotional pay off. It felt like it ended too abruptly. Certain characters were killed off too easily or had no resonance.
This is where 4 completely destroys every other game in the series. It just had a stronger script, and everyone acted their asses off to provide the most complete story in the series.
How the hell is that a collection?
it's called the Legacy of Thieves collection because it contains the two games that follow the Legacy of Thieves story line, the ND collection is a collection of Uncharted 1-3 on the PS4/5
