Report a translation problem
1. Moved the game off of my main drive C which is a PCIe4 SSD to my SATA SSD drive D.
2. Turned off steam overlay in the properties menu.
3. Updated to the latest NVIDIA drivers (536.40)
Lowered quality from ultra to medium, worked fine
A similar approach worked for me to. I was playing on 'Ultra' for the first 10 chapters with no problem, then crashed multiple times during the chase scene. I dropped to 'High' settings and this resolved crash in Hidden in Plain Sight level and has been fine since.
(I have AMD Ryzen 5 3600 and GTX3080)
Otherwise, no issues.
Make sure your system is stable under heavy load, and disable OC.
Normally well above 60.
