The solution seems to have been resetting the controls back to default, then assigning desired keybinds once more - what I did last time was deleting every single secondary keybind because I found it pointless to keep them. Why have two binds for one action, like?
Now I filled them with keys I do not use, and I haven't had a single problem since. Turns out the game is not a fan of leaving empty secondary keybinds.
