Chapter 11 Crash to desktop when I try to enter the tower windows

Every time I try to enter the windows of the tower at the beginning of chapter 11 the game crash to windows.

- I make file verification, don't change nothing.
- I try launch the game in safe mode, don't change nothing.

I'm stuck...

Similar issue in chapter 17, also stuck.

I had the same issue in an earlier chapter. Would always crash at the same spot. I restarted my PC twice (first time didn't work), then I was able to continue. So just keep on trying, restart your PC and don't open anything other than Steam and Uncharted. Maybe it will resolve itself, like it did for me.

I had a big stutter when entering the tower. So it looks like there is some sort of heavy calculation going on at this moment, and in some way that might be responsible for your crash.

I restart my computer. Load the game, wait 1 mins with no moving to the level can fully load and then go inside the windows without crashing! Thank's a lot! :)
