I noticed that the game became smaller in size, it was 124 gigabytes, it became 90

I do but no any updates into Steam account since release for Uncharted.

Mine hangs at 28% and just won't load up the level anymore. Was playing totally fine. Restarted the game once, then this happened. What the hell...

Verifying the files worked for me. It had some corrupted files that were reloaded
