I updated my nvidia graphics driver yesterday and apparentely it set it in the control panel to a maximum of 60 FPS while my graphics card supports 144 FPS.
Now that I've changed it again to 144 FPS I can run the game at a minimum of 90 FPS with mostly over the 100 FPS.
So, unfortunately, (and as the poster above me noted) this game's maximum FPS is going to be limited to your desktop display resoution. For my office rig, I've got a 144fps/1440p display monitor but have trouble with FPS lows constantly dipping below 144. So I set my desktop resolution to 2560x1440@120hz (not 144), used Nvidia control panel to set Low Latency mode to ON and max Frame Rate to 120fps for U4.exe (the game's executable.). Both G-Sync and Vysnc are enabled (vsync set both in-game and also forced via Nvidia CP), and in the Snip i took via Windows, you can see on my left monitor the game's performance with RTSS and a glance at the settings on the right monitor for NV Control panel. I also have DLSS set to quality mode in-game, which IMO, looks better than native w/o AA -- but you can use FSR 2 if you're running AMD or whichever AA solution you prefer.
Hope that helps! Sucks that there is no fullscreen exclusive mode.
Very good explanation Akorn1987
Just not sure if every user will fully understand what you posted.
A fullscreen mode should indeed be necessary.
Comes with MSI afterburner.
Two must have apps for any PC player out there.
