Disabling Nvidia Highlights
I tried the gamer settings, the geforce experience settings and nothing.

How do you disable this annoying highlights thing? It also occupies so much of the GPU CPU. Its just plain stupid.

open the geforce overlay and disable from there

Oh I found it, you have to disable the feature outrside the game
