only forth gen intel cpus are supported because the forth generation intel cpu have avx2 instructions set. you have third gen intel cpu which is below system req.

xenon E5 2697 is second generation intel cpu, you need a fourth generation or higher because it has built in avx2 instruction set in hardware.
