Dialogue doesn't work in gameplay (SOLVED)

The first cutscene where Nathan and Sam are on a boat, the audio is completely fine. I hear them talking and I hear the ocean in the background. But when it cuts to gameplay, the background music gets a bit louder, but I hear no audio between Sam and Nathan and I cannot hear the ocean.
The next chapter, the same issue occured. Audio of cutscene works without any issue, but when it cuts to gameplay, I only hear background music and no dialogue.
This issue also comes up on Uncharted: Lost Legacy.
Any suggestions?

Attempted Fixes:
Uninstalled game and reinstalled
Restarted Computer
Verified Game FIles
Messed around with Audio Settings and looked good to me

Solution: Thanks to @Matthewtrains for the suggestion. Download FXSound and make that your output volume on your OS and on Uncharted. After doing that, I was able to hear the dialogue.

@Adeeb27 I have exactly the same problem, and it's driving me crazy, impossible to play in these conditions, all the sounds except the cutscenes are very weak, inaudible

I have the exact same problem, the audio is perfect during the cutscene, after I return to the gameplay the audio is low and without quality.

Hello thank you for posting this, and the solution that worked for you.. when you have a moment, could you please share your pc specs (to include SSD / HDD), Windows version, and drivers?

Also, what audio device was in use?

I can hear music and effects audio but no dialogue and this didn't fix it for me.

Thanks, if someone has doubts just go to the FXSound website, download it, and should work, or at least that worked for me

Uhm im using an hdd and I can hear everything but dialog, if u want more specs I'd be happy to share

Go in setting and change the output to mono. That fixed it for me, as I was having the same issue. Hope that helps
