my game does not want to load or save I START MULTIPLE NEW GAMES i can save but once i do i cant enter menu does any one have this problem the game is unplayable

I see, these two game launchers (Steam and Epic Games) manage game saves and game backups differently. The only thing you're achieving here is confusing the game devs. Surely Epic Games got a forum dedicated to customer support? Good luck 👍

how AM I confusing game dev its still the same game still on pc and they mostly wont read were do I even report this problem

I will repeat it to you, the game launcher you're using handles game saves in a different way to the point that asking here is just wasting your time. If you have a problem with the Epic launcher you should try their support website: https://www.epicgames.com/help/en-US/
