OMG PEOPLE REMEMBER THIS GAME?!

I just came online and looked into free games and behold, creatures docking station! this is one of my favorite virtual pet/god type games. the AI in these guys are pretty good and the whole genome and breeding thing is awesome. i'm honestly surprised no one has tried to make a "creatures 4" type game. it would be an awesome PC game.

I hope online can work. i still have a copy of this game on my PC but i would pay for this again to have online services. cloud saves would be amazing too.

man this made me happy to see, haha. just in time for the holidays.

It still has a pretty active online community! I'm not super involved, but Creatures Caves seems like one of the major community hubs for it. It's exciting to see this game up on steam after all these years. :)

it really is. i never got that big into it because i was too young to understand all the complexity in this game. but i spent hours playing with these little guys and finding mods for more rooms and toys and breeds. boy. good times.

There are also discord servers and the albian warp works with the steam version :D So you can portal your norns about!

man id seriously die for a Creatures 4 lol, just having C3 back with DS is amazing, and 5 dollars for everything, blows me over.

Yeah, there was a Creatures 4 in the works, basically a 3D rework of C3/DS, but it was cancelled for good.

Which was likely for the best, lol. They dev team, while they seemed like they meant well, clearly had no idea what they were getting into.
