When will Buy HITMAN World of Assassination Deluxe Edition go on SALE?

HITMAN World of Assassination is on sale, but not the DELUXE EDITION. I want to play the maps the DELUXE EDITION has.

According to SteamDB, last time the deluxe edition was on sale was March of this year during the spring sale. Based on the price history from SteamDB, the next time it will go on sale will either be the Next Fest that starts on June 9th, or Steam Summer Sale that starts on June 26th.

It's usually cheaper, though, to buy World of Assassination in standard guise, then buy keys for the three DLC packs that you require to make it up to the Deluxe version:

Hitman 3 Access Pass: Hitman 2 Expansion
Hitman 3 - Deluxe Pack
Hitman 3 - Seven Deadly Sins collection

That's if you're happy to pick these items up from a key shop, of course.

Could somebody say what discount on sale is good? Sometimes it has 60%. but maybe it could be better?
