The length of one Freelancer campaign

How long does one freelancer campaign take to complete?
More or less.
I am wondering if I should try it. Let alone grind it.

A full sweep is 18 missions

It can take as long as you want, or can. If you prefer to take it slow and find the optimum way to kill a target, this can even take an hour per mission. If you know your ins and outs, you could complete missions in a lot less. If you go guns blazing, that can also take less or more time depending on your strategy. So there isn't really an 'average' length of a campaign.

It depends on your playstyle and comfort with the game. I'm on my 5th prestige now, so I have some experience grinding. As a person who generally plays pretty stealthy and tries to accomplish all the objectives in every mission it takes me about 20 minutes per mission, on average. The early campaigns with less targets are faster, the later ones with more are slower, but that's the average. That comes out to roughly six hours per campaign.

it depends on if you are doing objectives, getting couriers / safes, if you are visiting the supplier, and how long it takes to find the syndicate leader.

The above estimate of about 6 hours I'd say sounds about right unless you are speedrunning targets with a silenced pistol for 5-10 minute mission times, or exiting non-alerted areas early, but the payout will be low and it isn't really viable on hardcore mode.

I can run in and do a mission on hard core in about 10 min a mission on average, the showdowns make you take your time even if you know the maps and know how to navigate everywhere.

Most missions can even be speed ran and be done in under 5 min once you do learn the maps.

The great thing is even though its a lot of missions and even one mission can take an hour or more depending on what you are doing, you can play at any pace you want and you can pick up and set it down without worrying about anything, the next mission will be waiting when you are ready.
