Fish
Why did they remove the fish from selectable weapons? Any reasons behind it?

Its still there in the gear tab under melee. Its unlocked by getting Mastery 4 on Miami. Or if your talking about Freelancer. Its possible to fish one up from the pier.

I was trying to select it in "Better Pill" and it wasn't there.

Its there in that mission I double checked it. I did notice that it can only be selected as one of the gear slots. It cannot however be put in a stash location.
