Free starter pack bug
I no longer have access to the Hitman 1 and 2 maps.

Which Hitman 2 map in the free starter pack is meant to be available? i have none in Hitman 2.

Free starter pack doesn't have access to anything but the "ICA Training Missions" and free season content.

I own hitman 1 and 2 access pass but in game it shows as if i don't have them.

I have the same problem. It was working fine when it was called 'Demo' and I killed the last elusive target The Censor. Now they changed it to 'Free Starter Pack' and I went to kill The Revolutionary and couldn't access any Hitman 2 content, having previously had full access.

location importing has been removed a long time ago, maybe they only got around to "fixing" it for the demo now

I imported Hitman 2 locations 'a long time ago' before the deadline and was able to play them all. Now they are no longer playable. Are you saying that they revoked access to those already with access? Seems like a broken promise.

If that's the case, from what I understand, making the switch from HITMAN 3 DEMO to HITMAN WoA Starter Pack has meant that it is now truly categorized on Steam as a demo (and not the full game with limited content as before). The problem with this is that Steam doesn't support DLCs in demo versions of the games (which Epic Games, apparently, does). Whether this is an oversight of IOI or not I don't know, sadly.

Imagine ho low iOi must have been gone to deactivate retroactively gamers content and not even advice that was going to be the case.

Criminal as thefts and downright appalling behaviour that should be flagged to STEAM that they're removing game content.
