Keybinds are the worst I have ever experienced.

I have played many games in my time and one thing I have always found useful is them ability to use the same keybind for multiple actions. This game is an absolute mess. Who thinks that having separate keys for actions such as picking a lock and dragging a body is warranted. Yes yes I know the common defense is "oh you are just bad or should play with a controller' But the thing is if I play a game where shooting is a thing you do then Mouse all the way. It is kind of embarrassing that such a modern game could be let down by such a glaring obvious issue.

What issue, I've never had a problem with the controls. In fact, in hitman 2, and 2016 before it, some of actions were on the same key bind, but it caused issues where for example you'd be trying to hide a body, but accidentally open a door and get spotted, the key was E. It took a little to get used to it, but these days I feel like the key binds are better because there's less chance of performing the wrong action.

I would argue having the same key bind perform multiple actions in a stealth game is bad, you need to be sure that when you hit a key to perform an action you won't accidentally trigger something else. So yes, having a separate button for picking locks and dragging bodies is warranted.

I agree with Engiocs point about not accidentally doing a different action from the one you want. In a game like Hitman that would be disaster. (It kinda already is with the auto lock on for throwing objects.) Personally I never felt the games keybinds were THAT bad, minus the instinct button which I had to remap. Your best bet is to just rebind them to keys you're comfortable with.

I'm on the side of not having context sensitive buttons. Hell I get frustrated in some situations where a door is too close to a chest and I can't shut it quickly because the game keeps thinking I want to climb into the chest (The server closet in NY bank is the worst at this).
