Fix to no in-game sound
Since I bought Hitman WOA I've had the problem of having no sound in-game. Works fine with Bluetooth headphones, but not with my external USB sound card (M-Audio M-Track Solo) and speakers.
Fixed it by Alt-Tabbing out of the game, then muted and un-muted Hitman in the Sound Mixer.
Hopefully this helps someone else.

Another fix that actually works every time. Activate Steam overlay in-game (Shift+Tab), go to Settings (where the audio controls are) and the sound will activate.
