Purchased DLC not showing up in game.

I bought the WOA on sale at the end of November when it was on sale. I just got around to start playing the game and finished the Hitman 1 section. I purchased the WOA deluxe pack and nothing will show up in game for me to play. I have tried everything I can think of (verifying downloads, uninstall and reinstall, restarting steam and game multiple times) but it is all still grayed out in the game. Any ideas that could help???

You need the upgrade pack, not the Deluxe pack

Try to reach it from the ingame menu, but it should be this:

3. You need to purchase 'HITMAN World of Assassination Upgrade Pack'

PS: iOi has fired customer support personal so marketing people can eat ham & salami sandwich on their lunch.

Well that is not confusing at all.... so what does the deluxe pack even do? Is it just random bonus content? If so I may just return it and get the upgrade pack. Didn't really plan on spending $70 all together to play more levels. lol

The Deluxe Pack includes 2 more maps, 2 more sniper maps, 4 alternative missions for H2 maps, the Seven Deadly Sins Pack and some more extra items and escalations

if you are within the refund timeframe then you could refund the 'HWoA Deluxe Pack.'

The 'HWoA Upgrade Pack' usually goes on sale at the same time 'HWoA Part One' does. Lady Neravin has given you the link for the upgrade.

Of the Deluxe Pack this is the only valuable DLC content for the money spent, it adds 2 more locations in the main campaign and 2 more sniper maps:
