Access Pass Not Working – Can’t Play Hitman 1 and 2 in WoA
Hello, I have a problem with Hitman World of Assassination (Hitman 3) on Steam.
In my library all the DLCs appear as installed, including the Access Passes for Hitman 1 and Hitman 2, but the game does not allow me to access those campaigns.

DLCs I own and have installed:

HITMAN 3 – Deluxe Pack

HITMAN 3 – Seven Deadly Sins (Acts 1 to 7)

HITMAN 3 – Seven Deadly Sins Collection

HITMAN 3 Access Pass: HITMAN 1 Complete First Season

HITMAN 3 Access Pass: HITMAN 1 GOTY Edition

HITMAN 3 Access Pass: HITMAN 1 GOTY Upgrade

HITMAN 3 Access Pass: HITMAN 2 Expansion

Problem:

Even though Steam shows them as purchased and installed, inside the game I still see the option “Get Access” instead of being able to play. This means I cannot access the Hitman 1 and Hitman 2 campaigns within Hitman World of Assassination.

What I have already tried:

Verified the integrity of the game files on Steam.

Logged into the game with my IOI account.

Made sure all DLCs are checked as installed in Steam (they are).

Question:

What else should I do to make the game recognize the Access Passes and unlock Hitman 1 and Hitman 2 campaigns inside Hitman World of Assassination?

You are able to play Hitman 3 levels (Dubai, Dartmoor, Chongqing, Berlin, Mendoza, and the train) but not Hitman 1 and 2 levels (Paris, Miami, etc)?
Yes, exactly. At the moment I can play the Hitman 1 levels (Paris, Sapienza, Hokkaido, etc.), but the Hitman 2 and Hitman 3 levels (Miami, Whittleton Creek, Isle of Sgàil, Dubai, Dartmoor, Berlin, Mendoza, Chongqing, Carpathian train) are still locked with the “Get Access” message.

This looks like you bought Season 1 (which includes the first 6 levels from Hitman 1) and then the Deluxe pack on top.

That sounded very clever but there are no free lunches. You should wait for the next sale and then buy the Season 1 to full game upgrade pack when it goes on sale. That includes all the levels and modes you thinkyou are missing. You don't you just did not read what you are actually buying here.

If you own Hitman 3 then it should have upgraded to World of Assassination for free.

Edit - just noticed you didn't say you own Hitman 3. You just own the DLC, you need to own World of Assassination standalone version which used to be called Hitman 3.

You're contradicting your posts. The game is correctly recognizing your licenses based on your response to n00bdragon. You own and can play Hitman 1 and the Hitman 2 DLC. You do not own Hitman 3 so you will need to purchase it.

You do not own those Hitman 2 or Hitman 3 levels.
The dude playing a dude disguised as another dude is right. You don't own Hitman 3 (which is now WoA) so you will need to buy it to gain access to the DLC you purchased.

It's the same for any game you purchase DLC for. You need to own the game to utilize the DLC. Want to play Nightreign, then you gotta own Elden Ring.

You're absolutely correct in your explanation but Elden Ring: Nightrein is a completely separate, standalone game from Elden Ring.
