Keeps crashing on steam deck

So I completed the prologue no issues but when I try to start showstopper I get to the loading screen and the game crashes, I'm about 2 minutes away from requesting a refund

What are your settings on steam deck? (and also what model)

Mine are the following:
-30 fps (I set this through the system itself)
-vsync off (I need to double check this)
-Most graphics settings are set to medium


I have an 512 Gb steam deck (LCD I believe). The game runs overall fine for me without issue on my deck.

The above are the settings I can only remember atm, and I'll check them later on mine.
