Part one with 90% worth it?

if you just want hitman 1 missions, no freelancer, and have to get a hidden upgrade pack for h2 and h3 later on, yes

the upgrade pack only saves like a dollar or something over the standard edition (which is h1+h2+h3+freelancer but no h2 DLC maps which are New York and Haven Island but they are still unlocked in freelancer, only really locks you out of the sieker in story mode)

however if you do just want to play h1 in the h3 engine and then try the other maps later and don't care about freelancer, 90% off for it is a pretty good deal

As mentioned above Part One are just the locations of Hitman 1 campaign.
If you then want to buy the upgrade you'll end up paying the same price as buying the full game at 60% discount.

its more like streamlined versions of h1 maps in the h3 engine, h2 had a huge filesize and h3 manages to be smaller in size despite more content because they went and made global props or something and then updated the maps
