Mission in Paris: "In plain sight" challenge not working?

Hey everybody :)
I was trying to do the "In plain sight" challenge but it just doesn´t work?
I was not detected once, I killed both targets, Novikov and Margolis, in different orders in less then 10 seconds with a sniper rifle. I do not understand why the challenge doesn´t get approved. Anyone else having that problem?

Two things to try

I think Viktor's bodyguard is bugged and sees you even if he should not. Shoot him first, then the other two and it should pop.

Or if that doesn't work, wait for Dalia to be leaning on the railing.

This is the one that says something about taking them out when 'watching the fireworks' right? Try shooting them in reverse order, and try taking out the bodyguard too. I recall this one being finicky.

As the previous poster suggested, this seems to be a bug with Novikov's bodyguard. I repeated the exact same steps as previously when I didn't get the achievement, but instead of shooting Dalia and then Novikov, I shot Novikov's bodyguard, then Novikov, then Dalia. The achievement was immediately triggered.
