So, which DLC's do you need to play the FULL game?

I searched and I even saw the guide for which DLC's you need to buy to play the FULL game. But it seems to change every other month of what you need.

indeed, but the "Hitman 3 Deluxe Pack", to which the link pointed, just includes a handful of escalations for Hitman 3, along with the digital artbook, digital soundtrack and developers' commentary. It's the least compelling of the upgrade packs for the standard edition.

The Standard Hitman world of assassination is "the game" and has all the retail levels of 1 2 and 3 + the new extra modes of 3 what you would own if you had bought the games individually at launch afaik
The deluxe bit for the two hitman 2 missions were from it's expansion pass before they abandoned that dlc model so they are optional to an extent (not really plot critical imho). They are 2 solid missions so you can decide to buy them later if you just want a couple more levels. The rest is just a la carte bonus non-story missions on the existing maps, skins, weapons and celebrity targets that you get if you want them.

There are 21 destinations in the main campaign to which Haven Island and New York belongs to. These two locations are only available via the Hitman 2 Expansion DLC.

The standard 'Hitman World of Assassination' contains 19 locations missing the two locations mentioned above.
