You can still import progress from Hitman 2 to Hitman 3 (aka Hitman World of Assassination).
To answer your 1st question, it would be the complete HITMAN World of Assassination https://store.steampowered.com/sub/672746/ or the Deluxe Edition https://store.steampowered.com/sub/963308/
Everyone has the same options. What you owned before doesn't matter. Since you already purchased Part One per your other thread, you'll need the upgrade pack to get to the standard edition.
Note that this still won't include the New York & Haven Island maps. Those are in the H2 Expansion Pass (which, yes, you'll need to purchase if you want to play them in WoA.)
