Fastest way to get a Sniper?

So I started the game on Hawke's Bay and have completed nearly all challenges but on the final tab some now require a sniper rifle. Well I don't have one xD

How to get it FAST? I read you need to do the Paris and Sapienza levels but even on them I cannot see it as a reward...

Get the Sieger Ghost as a reward from "The Cheveyo Calibration" escalation contract in Marrakesh.

One of the cosmetics packs has a sniper rifle in it that's accessible as soon as you but it (Makeshift Pack, I think).

Otherwise, there's an escalation in Marrakesh that rewards one. Cheveyo Calibration.

It's also arguably one of the best snipers you can get (the one from the escalation)
