Should i buy "HITMAN World of Assassination Deluxe Edition" or "HITMAN World of Assassination" + "HITMAN World of Assassination Deluxe Pack bundle"?

Hi there! I'm sorry for possibly a dumb question, but i'm still a bit confused, even after reading this guide https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3249513057 and another discussion regarding what's what. The last time i played hitman was in 2012 when i 100% completed Absolution (and i had played all the previous titles too, with Hitman 4 from 2007 and HItman contracts being my favorite ones), and i would probably like to go back to Hitman franchise and get everything possible.

There is an ongoing sale on steam with base game for 60% off (28 Euro) and a Deluxe pack bundle for 30% off (21 Euro), but also a "HITMAN World of Assassination Deluxe Edition" for 100 Euro (no discount).

So my question is: Does buying "HITMAN World of Assassination" + "HITMAN World of Assassination Deluxe Pack bundle" equal buying "HITMAN World of Assassination Deluxe Edition"? Or does the latter contain more stuff? The offer ends in about 23 hours for now, so any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks a lot in advance!

If you want the full content go for Deluxe Pack Bundle and the Standard Edition. You will eventually buy the Deluxe Pack Bundle, in the future(if not now) and its going to be the same sale. Also when the Deluxe Edition goes on sale is the same price as the Standard Edition and Deluxe Pack bundle.
In conclusion buy both, you won't regret it. ;)

I really hope they can finally stop the madness with naming and dividing up their content. It's a rare thing you need a guide just to buy the game!

The Deluxe upgrade tells you it's for Hitman 3 instead of World of Assassination, but Hitman 3 isn't for sale.
This will confuse a few people.

I think the worst thing is that there is no deal for those who own 100% of Hitman 1 and 2. You need to pay for those maps again.

It's the same game, or rather, HITMAN 3 is within HITMAN WoA, all the DLCs, whether they say they're from HITMAN 1, 2 or 3, they're actually for HITMAN World of Assassination because all three games are within one.

Honestly, yeah!
If you enjoy Hitman, and want everything it has to offer, I'd recommend getting the deluxe edition, and then you can look at the optional DLC's that has some cool suits and such, decide for yourself if you want to buy it.
I bought some of the optional DLC's in addition to the Deluxe pack, excluding street art pack, makeshift pack, just because they dont appeal to me.

Honestly, thanks for your reply! However, you answered something a bit different:) The question was whether deluxe edition itself somehow had any extra special rare stuff compared to buying base edition + deluxe pack. But the highlighted answer confirmed that they were the same thing;)

Oh I'm sorry lol.
Well, the deluxe edition has a few extra maps, and some bonus missions, the extra maps also has unlockable rewards, and you get some other items like suits and such.
But some of the best suits you unlock by doing elusive targets.

I so wish this was the case, but after several attempts and days in between attempts, the game just doesn't connect to the servers. It's the only game in my library acting up, so i've requested a refund...what a bummer.

Edit: works on another PC. Currently trying my best to get it working in here.
