Simple mod Framework.
I just wanna play with mods. is smf just completely broken or am i doing something wrong? the first time i ever opened it, it said "the framework is already installed!" never got to choose a root directory or anything

is smf in the hitman 3 directory? if so it should be fine

it is but i don't get to apply mods or anything
