Honestly, I'd like to see old maps recreated or even directly slapped into this game. Just throw some generic goons into each level that do roughly what the generic goons of the original did and I'd be totally happy. I'd pay to see that, myself just to finally put those old titles to rest.

They could take the old maps and make most of them a little more populated.

Also, Codename 47's Columbia missions could be made a lot better, and even fused into one long map.
