The only caveat is that you'll need to purchase separately the H2 Expansion DLC (HITMAN 3 Access Pass: HITMAN 2 Expansion) to add the two locations to the main campaign story. It's recommended but not a deal breaker.
I think there is an issue with the deluxe edition, the only new content offered (as acutal campaign is Seven Deadly Sins and it feel pretty cheap) ... I would not suggest to buy it.
Sarajevo is not in the world of assassination pack. It's the only thing really missing, but i don't think than it's worth it.
There is enough content in World of Assassination anyway. And i believe than IOI will do another trick in Hitman 4 to make us rebuy all the DLCs from previous game. They did it multiple time, they can do it again.
No, you can't. Location importing was turned off almost a year ago.
