[Epic] "the requested operation requires elevation"

On Epic games.
When I click Play on the launcher, I get the Title as a popup message. This is my personal computer, I am admin, and I've played before, around May when I had a separate issue I just didn't want to fix. I decided to fix it around October, and found the above message instead.

What I've done so far: Verified. Deleted the game, the re-downloaded. Contacted Hitman support staff, they said it was either Epic or a deeper computer issue, i.e. Microsoft. Today, spent an hour with Microsoft. He changed some settings, restarted twice, and we created a new Windows profile, and the game works there.

Now, ideally How can I change the relevant settings that work on there, to my current profile, if that's possible?
I Could just change profiles whenever I want to play hitman, but I'd rather fix the issue if I can. Would Reddit be able to help me with this? What subreddit would fit an issue like this?

Maybe next time, buy from a store which actually cares about it's client base and provides support/forums.

maybe you clicked something at some point that wouldnt allow HItman to run. have you tried to see if turning off UAC (which i dont think you have tried?) to see if it runs then?

Thanks, but I already tried there first.
They said it wasn't a Hitman related issue, and to try Microsoft. Microsoft found a solution, of a different profile. That was why I came here, to ask what Game files might be best to move to fix the issue fully.

I had to look that up to see what UAC stood for, but actually, the Microsoft guy did that. He turned it off. It didn't fix the issue.

No, that didn't work.
I first tried from Launcher.exe, which is where Epic opens the game's folder to. Didn't work.
Then, I though about it, and search EXE in the search, and found: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\HITMAN3\Retail That is the file mentioned in the error! But it's already listed as Run as Administrator in the Properties? I tried anyway, it opens the Launcher too, and I still tried to run it, and got the same error.
