Report a translation problem
They said it wasn't a Hitman related issue, and to try Microsoft. Microsoft found a solution, of a different profile. That was why I came here, to ask what Game files might be best to move to fix the issue fully.

No, that didn't work.
I first tried from Launcher.exe, which is where Epic opens the game's folder to. Didn't work.
Then, I though about it, and search EXE in the search, and found: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\HITMAN3\Retail That is the file mentioned in the error! But it's already listed as Run as Administrator in the Properties? I tried anyway, it opens the Launcher too, and I still tried to run it, and got the same error.
