why am i getting only 4 stars ???

Turn on the silent assassin tracker in your settings. It should tell you if you lost 5 stars/silent assassin

Either you're being seen or the bodies are being found.

And the length of time doesn't matter for star rating, only for leaderboard scores.

The score details tell you what you failed on.

It's almost certainly bodies found as its difficult to shoot a target at range and have the body hidden. Not impossible, depending on the particulars, but if you are shooting from long range there is a high probability the dead body is seen by someone in proximity, who you may not see from your shooting position.

Of course it could be something else too.
