Some maps has remote bomb you can collect and bring back, others might have other tools. Bring back as much tools as possible, and when you open the reward box, it'll give a more updated list of anything you don't own.
All the tools help you with, is making the missions shorter as you can cause accidents or poison guards right off the get-go... But without that you can still complete the mission, just less likely to finish those objective, or take a longer time to get said poison.
For instance in the New York bank map, if you spawn in the garage, there is a cabinet you can break into the moment you leave the garage area, it always has a Chloroform bottle.
New York and Miami has these sort of medicine cabinets if you wanna collect poisons.
Hokkaido I think has those science workstation for making syringe, but no actual plants for you to collect that is poison, though you might find medicine cabinets there since it's a hospital.
Level up your mastery and you can get a battery for electric based accidents, best used in New York or Haven Island or "Ambrosia" Island? Where there is plenty of water and wet surfaces.
Many maps has water dispensers and a power outlet nearby, take a silenced pistol and shoot at each one to create a trap.
If you truly want to have it your way, look into mods like randomizer mods or something.
There are 1000's of contracts in contracts mode, go play those if you want a mode with endless replay value where you have zero risks and no penalties.
I think you've missed the entire point of freelancer, the game already has tons of missions and modes where you can't lose anything.
