Arrange a meeting

Has anyone got this to work for the actual leader? I've managed to trigger the objective the leader never diverts from his routine.

I don't think the prestige can trigger if there is 2 npcs of the same meeting type are in or going to a meeting of their own.

I am pretty sure you have to find the target and find out who they meet with and where and use that phone in that location or near that location. I am no 100% since I have not tested it but that is your best bet to get it to work most likely,

So the only way to get them to go to a meeting is go to the place they're going to meet already? And the people I did lure to a meeting just happened to have a meeting there? That can't be it.

This one is bugged af. I got one leader when he was about to escape(I made a call with suspect's phone, it didn't trigger objective and someone noticed body), but stood still in panic, making a call made him unstuck and objective cleared, one bug fixed another.

Another time I used suspect's phone and it didn't work yet again(maybe he is indeed should be only one coming), then I used target's own phone when he was already dead and this triggered objective. I never used it in places of actual meeting btw, nor do I risk taking this "easy" objective for my hc runs anymore.

I tried it in Berlin, behind the Juice Bar and two suspects showed up but not the leader but the objective popped. Then I tried in the secret area above the dance floor and two more guys showed up but not the leader who was doing the circuit on the dance floor. I finally just shot him in the head from the catwalk.

I just did this without the Target's phone. The target was already dead. I witnessed 2 suspects having a meeting, followed one of them and knocked them out and took their phone. Rearranged the meeting where they initially met up and shook hands. Objective Completed. Target's phone was never used.
