If you crash here are some possible fixes

0x80000003	Open regedit -> Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet \Control\GraphicsDrivers Create a Qword file and name it "TdrDelay" Value type decimal, with the value being "10" Restart your pc
0x80000003	Disable hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling in Windows' settings Restart your pc
0x80000003	Set Windows 7 compatibility for both the launcher and the game's executable
Crash on Load Game (Windows 11)	Opt out of insider canary or developer builds of Windows 11
0x80000003 (Windows 11)	Go to settings -> Applications -> Additional components -> Add additional component -> look for "graphic instruments" file description is some form of "turning on support for DirectX graphics", install this file
General/Last Resort/0x80000003	Instructions: https://www.reddit.com/r/HiTMAN/comments/10m4whn/comment/j8utlaj/ Warning: Try this at your own risk, according to reports this was effective on Epic version of the game
General/Last Resort	Go to http://personal.hitman.io and delete account data Warning: This will delete all your progress, however has helped some people fix their crashes

To check your crash error code ->
Open up event viewer -> Windows Logs -> Application -> Error event generated after crash

Hi, answered to your other crash related message in the other thread. But just for additional info for this thread, I have this 0x80000003 error, tried all of the suggested solutions none worked and just tried to create the Qword file and it didn't help either.

UPD: So I've been trying this and that a bit more and looks like I finally managed to solve the crashing problem at least for Windows 11. Turns out the problem is Windows 11 being trash, Microsoft being awful and IO being lazy and not caring at all.

So the problem for Win11 was (as I have already encountered several times) that the OS won't give programs permisson to acces something, for Hitman it was graphic equipment or something like that. Anyway what I did was:

Go to settings -> Applications -> Additional components -> Add additional component -> look for "graphic instruments" file description is some form of "turning on support for DirectX graphics", install this file.

My Windows copy is not in English and I'm too lazy to bother to look up how each and every button and file are called in English version, the process is very easy either way.

Oh and in pararell to this I updated Nvidia drivers maybe this helped too, but I have my doubts it was any help with this situation.

Another to add. If you are running the windows 11 insider canary or developer builds, there has been a bug in recent times that has stopped the game from running or causes it crash on load/while playing.

I know this is an old thread, but I did all the 0x80000003 stuff on Windows 11 (RTX 3070, some slight overclocking). It improved things a lot, but the thing that really worked was disabling ray tracing - no crashes at all since then.
