Does Epic games have a Forum?

I have this game on Epic, and crashed twice in the past hour. I'd like to learn why, but I don't know if Epic has any forums. Where do players with issues on Epic go to get answers?

No, I don't think so, not official ones at any rate. This is why a lot of Epic players post here on the Steam forums, and I think possibly also on Reddit.

To be fair the epic forums are tiny, useless and mostly ignored

ioi has their own player support, but that's not what was asked for

Are there logs of what happened somewhere, or is it more that I describe what happened and hope for the best?

1st time: Went into Freelancer, went to travel to the mission, when it was going to the loading screen after I hit Enter while Diana spoke, it crashed.

2nd time: got into the mission that time. Dartmoor. Spawned on the balcony, in Gloria's office. She was below, wasn't a target, but I shot the chandelier anyway. About when it hit ground, the game paused for a few seconds, then crashed.

I first played Hitman 1-3 on my old computer, with lessor specs than this one, and I just tried Hitman on this one for the first time tonight. It crashed less on the old one, I don't get it.

Considering it's an Online game, YMMV at anytime.

Most issues will be solved by following these 2 steps
1. Update you graphics card's drivers (or roll back the last update if the issue started shortly after an update)
2. verify the game files (I believe Epic also has this feature).

Why wouldn't you just go look instead of expecting someone else to go look for you?

They won't even know your price if they are in a different region from you.
