Which means it comes with the 'base' stuff and free content that came with it in the updates.
But everything that is considered paid DLC, is not included, that means the 'Deluxe' pack which is sort of like a 'deluxe preorder' add-on.
The 7 deadly sins is also a paid DLC.
The Hitman 2 Expansions DLC, is a paid DLC to access the paid DLC that came out for Hitman 2 years ago.
This means if you buy World of Assassination (formerly Hitman 3) you get the campaign of all three games, plus the side content of Hitman 3 (VR + Freelancer + Sniper + Exclusive Targets gamemodes).
In the standard edition listing, they also show the GOTY edition for Game 1 though, I don't really know what that contains but likely bonus stuff for the 1st game that is shared into the mainline game as cosmetics.
Basically the Hitman 3 Deluxe Pass is for pre-order bonuses, extra missions, etc.
The pre-order bonus for H3--that is, the Trinity Pack--is not included.
EDIT:
Also, two of the Sniper Assassin maps are part of the H2 Expansion. Not part of the base game. The Sniper Assassin maps themselves predate H3.
This chart makes no sense whatsoever...
No, you get exactly what's listed in it. I suggest reading the page for each bundle if you need it clarified.
You want the game? You buy this package:
https://store.steampowered.com/sub/672746/
You want the rest of the missions not included in that? You buy the deluxe bundle:
https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/30335/HITMAN_World_of_Assassination_Deluxe_Pack/
You want some dumb cosmetics? You buy these, they aren't in either the package or the bundle:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/2184790/HITMAN_3__Street_Art_Pack/
https://store.steampowered.com/app/2184791/HITMAN_3__Makeshift_Pack/
It's not complicated, there's a package for the game, a bundle for the deluxe add ons and a couple of stand alone cosmetics, that's it. There's no complicated choices to make at all.
You're doing nothing but confuse people by trying to explain it this way, it's not the base game for all 3 games, it's Hitman 3 and its DLC.
This isn't true either, the main package contains some of what was DLC and is now converted.
If you don't know what's in things I don't know why you're trying to post this info, you're wrong. GOTY is not just cosmetics it's an entire additional campaign with missions, plus some escalations with unlocks, including the best sniper in the game.
There's no pre order bonuses in the deluxe pack...
You're making so many mistakes you're just going to confuse people more.
You can't buy the DLC without buying the game. So, no, you can't just buy the Deluxe Pack.
