Buying Hitman 3 only

Is there a way to buy Hitman 3 only, since I already own 1 and 2?
This way it should be cheaper because, having the first 2 already, I only need the Hitman 3 content.

So far I noticed I can oinly buy the whole package, Hitman: World of Assassination. It's not fair to pay for 1 and 2 again.

No, you can't, unfortunately. And you can't import Hitman 2 gold content to Hitman 3, either. The only things you can buy are Hitman World of Assassination pack, 7 deadly sins, Hitman 2 gold content and Hitman 3 deluxe content.

So by buying Hitman World of Assassination, the first 2 games will also show up as unfinished / with no progress in missions, even though I finished both, since it's a different client?

You can transfer the progress but cannot any longer redeem the H1 and H2 access passes for Hitman 3.
Hitman 3 was also previously cheaper to buy at 65% off - now it's 45% off on STEAM sale

They changed it so buying 'Hitman' as a trilogy is the only option now as to incorporate all three game stories and modes into one.

STEAM Spring Sale dates are widely advertised. Maybe refund it and rebuy it if you're still under the 2h mark

I noticed achievements don't roll over when imported from one game to another. However, the game itself recognizes when a level for example, has been completed on Silent Assassin, Suit Only.

Yeah, they shouldn't make you repay for the 1 and 2 content. But that's how it is when you are an early adopter, you always are taken advantage of because they already got your money. Being unable to carry over your achievements is the bigger problem.
I played Hitman 1 and 2 on Steam and I played 3 on Epic and on GamePass. It would be amazing (and probably damaging to reality) if I could hit a button and have all of my Hitman unlocks glommed together into one ap.

Piggybacking off of OP's thread:
On the store page it says Hitman 2 Standard edition under the WoA bundle. Now would I have to purchase the two maps for H2 as well if I wanted every content for H3 or is everything included in WoA already?

If you want the two maps, you must buy the Hitman 2 expansion and the WOA package.

yeah it's a shame, No problem there are plenty other game to play instead of HITSCAM 3

I bought every single Hitman up until now. It is hard to be stubborn on a franchise I enjoy, but other good games keep coming, so whatever. I am going on two years. Will buy it at 90% off. You know, had the devs never advertised I owned the content passes for 1 and 2 in their store page to only turn around and let me know I am buying them anyways, I wouldn't have cared. It is a slap in the face. Like, why say I own them? serious gaslighting going on with this.

IO store pages have always been confusing. Something deeply wrong psychologically with whoever manages this game's store front. The military should hire this person for psychological attacks on enemies. Better them than their own supports. Seriously, just move this person far away from anything UI and costumer service related. How out of touch with reality can someone be? Seriously shady developer. Makes sense they work on a game all about deception. Would hate to be anywhere near these people IRL.
