Which option is best to buy, when i already have 1 and 2.

If you buy Hitman 3 you will have access to Hitman 1 + GOTY content and HItman 2 content but not gold edition content. Unfortunately, if you bought Hitman 2 Gold back when Hitman 2 was available, you can not import it to Hitman 3 since IOI removed location importing.

What tmwfte meant was that you can not import Hitman 1 and 2 into Hitman 3 anyone. If you want to play hitman 1 and 2 content on HItman 3, you just have to buy Hitman 3.

You don't get Hitman 3 from that pack. The only thing you will get from that bundle is 7 deadly sins, Hitman 2 gold content, and hitman 3 deluxe content. If you want Hitman 1 GOTY, Hitman 2, and HItman 3 content, you will have to buy HITMAN World of Assassination.

Base game: $70
DLC: $30

Of that DLC, many would argue that the only one that you particularly "need" is the H2 Expansion (for the 2 regular maps--NY & Haven Island--and the 2 sniper maps). Unless you really love escalations and the unlockable items that come with them.

Yeah. Your math is still off for sake of hyperbole to make the situation sound worse.

Once for Hitman 2021 and second time for 2018 and third time for 2016 inside 2021, I just missed freelancer update. . .

If you've already got H3, you have the Freelancer update (obviously not on Steam due to no mouse icon.)

It was very shocking for me when I wanted to press "Buy Hitman 3 World of Assassination" button then just realized I still don't get a complete pack. . .

The cosmetics aren't included either. Given the pace they move at for designating a "complete pack", I wouldn't expect one either for another year. Or two. Maybe.
