A Drink to Die for challenge not unlocking

So many challenges other than this is bugged as hell for me and this one in particular is the only challenge that I need to unlock in paris but its not unlocking at all unlocking at all. I tried waiting for novikov to make a dialogue about making the drink and not waiting for him. I even tried ending him first and ending him last. I'm out of ideas on how to unlock this. Other challenges like Namaste, A Personal goodbye, Sushi Honshu and whatever the hell the name of the challenge where you use the mood alteration in hokkaido before the guy commits suicide. Its annoying that soo many challenges are not unlocking at all. I dont get it!

It's been a long time since I did that one but, I believe it will only work if you do two things first.

1. initiate the conversation about the "Bare Knuckle Boxer"between the two staff mbrs hanging around the basement entrance beside the wine tasting room.

2. You must then read the recipe for the drink before you can make it. It's lying on the table in the commissary area next to the kitchen.

Simply poisoning the drink glass is not enough, you must do those steps first and then when you go to put the lethal poison in the drink, 47 will perform a "Cocktail" style cinematic...at that point you can walk away and it will play out all by itself.

Good to hear you got it unlocked. The likelihood is that the other challenges you're having difficulty unlocking are of the same nature. There are often conversations or events etc. that need to be triggered before you can complete certain challenges. I can tell you for sure that all challenges in the game can be done. There should not be any that are unobtainable, so if you are experiencing issues that make you think a challenge is bugged, remember this example.

People try to cut corners and then they can't understand why the challenge won't pop. My experience tells me two things, try the simple...sometimes it is just that easy. If not, think about it logically and say to yourself, did I read the challenge correctly? Often you'll find the answer if you explore the map and listen to conversations or watch what NPCs do.

The other challenges you mentioned...they are simple to unlock, but they require certain actions be met in order to pop. If you are really stuck and are at your wits end...re-post, and I'll tell you how to do them. However, the fun is really in figuring it out on your own if you can...you'll get more satisfaction when it pops!

What?I haven't not listen to any staff members, I only get waiters suit from dressroom and go to room nearby in kitchen and read recipe, then go to bar and make that drink and poison it. I've beed played that challence same way from in first Hitman 3 stand alone version, and also in WOA.
Or maybe i had just every time just walk nearby tho members and not noticed that conversation, dunno.
Only bug what i have found is is Hokkaido's sauna,
Some times game crash when i block that door to kill Yuki Yamasaki in overheat sauna.

The trigger for that conversation is fairly large, you could easily have triggered it without knowing it. One waiter asks the other (at the basement door) what a 'Bare Knuckle Boxer' is...this is part of the original Hitman 2016 "opportunity" ...which later became a mission story.

If you have a game crash at the moment you go to lock Yuki in the sauna in Hokkaido, you likely have a corrupted or missing file that initiates the cutscene. I personally have never experienced a crash as you described in all three stand alone games, so I would be very hesitant to call it a bug. It's either your PC's config or a file issue. Either way verifying files is the easiest way to rule that out.

For those getting tripped up, you need to have Rat Poison in your possession when you mix the drink. You dont even need to poison the drink, it should pop up once you Mix it. I had to turn on the Mission Stories to find this bit of info...
