That being said, there's a mod that allows you to make over 100,000 merces each time you interact with the stock market at the vault section of the safehouse (by default its random win/lose kinda thing), among other options (all changes it makes are optional) https://www.nexusmods.com/hitman3/mods/470
also its important to note that 47 actually has quite a bit of health and heals pretty fast. Unless it is said assassin (they one or two shot 47), then 47 can take a few pistol hits, you should only panic if you are getting peppered with a rifle or been under fire for like 3-5 seconds straight.
Try to use lots of cover to heal up if you find yourself in combat and always try to keep an emergency disguise in a safe spot that you can run to and change. If you can get about 3 or 4 seconds of cover 47 should be near full health.
All locations have three random starting locations at most, suit only (why not purchase some disguises and locations?)
They really did nothing with the economy (only buys equipment but the simpliest tools are the most effective).
Likewise are the objectives just busywork (they don't affect the boss fights).
The boss fights offer by no means lasting replayability (constant wait and see).
Never even mind the cheap OHK assassins and quick escape (artificial difficulty).
The campaigns meanwhile offers a lot variety and prepared / curated targets. Heck, it even has more maps. SASO felt rewarding there.
