As seen in this screenshot, it's still there.

How do I know that? They did it in Hitman 2016 and Hitman 2 when ETs were ended on those.
It's in limbo, no one knows the answer. ioi probably haven't even decided yet. They left the coming soon in and are still deciding how much to support the game for year 3.
But yea, typically once they are officially done with ET's that coming soon would be removed just like the last two games.
The only real reason to think they might do more is they went through the trouble of making a new menu page for "live" content instead of just leaving it on the featured page where it's been for 6 years or removing it entirely like they do when they are done with it.
And then what about the same suits that you could get ONLY THERE? I'm not just talking about costumes from past games or unique variations of costumes from locations, but also "classic with gloves" or the same unique game situations while playing this mode. I doubt that newcomers won't want to not try all of these as part of a separate mission rather than in Arcade mode.
So, if the items were Exclusive rewards unique to an Elusive Target instance, those are gone forever, just like they were in the previous games and just like how the word "exclusive" works in every game. You get a shot at it if you pay attention and play early and often, and the devs reward you for your effort and skill by giving you a cosmetic that is only available for a limited time.
They did introduce Arcade Mode which lets you play past Elusive Target scenarios for special rewards, and those don't expire if you fail. Same rules apply to them, but you get a one week lockout if you fail during the run.
It's not a week. I haven't failed one in a while it was either 12 or 24 hours, but not even close to a week.

You can also reset them, to do them over, which I did just to get the screenshot.
I highly doubt the support is over, so in march we can expect something.
I doubt it either, but judging by the posts above, ETs will soon be gone forever, and therefore some of the content that is somehow present in the game, even in previous seasons, and which I would still like to get before "Day X" arrives.
And the silence from the developers only strengthens the belief in the worst outcome of this situation.
The best solution to this problem, which, for a second, is not the first year discussed in the community, in my opinion, is to create an automatic system for issuing ET missions or the creation of challenges, not tied to the event, which could give these very suits and items
